If it's a room with a view and a blast of Cornish sea air that you crave, you can't get more beachside than Pentonwarra luxury holiday home. Situated on Rocky Beach at Trevone Bay there are coastal views to enjoy from most rooms. This is a fantastic base from which to don your walking boots and take to the coast path, although once you arrive at this property, you might find it difficult to leave the comfort of your coastal haven for even a minute!

Inside

• Style: Neutral paintwork, polished floorboards and eclectic furniture combine to create a comfortable split-level beachside pad.
• Bedrooms: One double with shower room and hand basin, one single, a three-bedded room and a twin share the main bathroom, a second shower room and three toilets.
• For relaxation: Take in the ever-changing views from the sitting room across the beach and the Atlantic ocean, pull up a chair in the garden and switch off.
• For recreation: If you’re feeling inspired, take to the piano in the music room, crashing waves the perfect accompaniment.
• Practicalities: Utility room and country-style kitchen complete with larder for you to stock full of Cornish fodder. A welcome hamper upon arrival.
   

Outside

Relax in the spacious gardens that reach to the cliff edge – the perfect space for al fresco barbecue dining during the summer months. At low tide you can take a dip in the natural rock swimming pool which is set into the rocks a short walk along the cliff path.

Safety Notice One of the Unique aspects of Pentonwarra is, of course, its waterside location. The house itself is in an elevated position, which sits directly above the beach and care and supervision is advised at all times with young children within this area. Whilst access is restricted by a short wall, a signed safety disclaimer is required. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further information.

• There are two very different beaches at Trevone. There's a sandy beach on which to spend the day, perfect for swimming, surfing or sandcastle building and Rocky Beach, which has plenty of rockpools and a natural swimming pool to enjoy.
• There are many walks to enjoy in the local area with fantastic coastal scenery and coves to discover.
• If you're looking for a day of activity, enjoy a surf lesson at one of the local beaches or there's dinghy sailing, water skiing and windsurfing at the Camel Estuary, or follow the Camel Trail on foot or bike.
• The Eden project is just a short drive away and well worth a visit.
